Our Company
Bringing structure to what families value
Trellisvale was built on a simple idea: that every household deserves a clear, calm record of what it holds and who it belongs to.
Back to HomeOur Story
A practice rooted in care, not complexity
Trellisvale began in Phuket in 2019, founded by a small team who had spent years helping expatriate and local Thai families navigate the practical side of estate administration — not the legal aspects, but the deeply personal work of knowing what you have, where it is, and why it matters.
We noticed that many households — especially those with family members in multiple countries — kept their records in scattered, disconnected ways. Important documents were hard to locate. Keepsakes had no context. And when a family needed to act quickly, the disorganisation added real weight to an already difficult time.
Our approach has always been unhurried and personal. We do not use proprietary software or push families toward digital-only solutions. We work in the format that suits each household — whether that is a beautifully indexed physical archive, a structured digital folder system, or a combination of both.
Our Mission
To help families in Thailand and the wider region organise their records and belongings in a way that is clear, lasting, and connected to the people those records represent.
Our Values
- Patience over speed — we never rush materials that deserve care
- Discretion — personal records remain personal
- Clarity — plain language, sensible structures
- Continuity — building archives that last beyond today

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Every project at Trellisvale follows the same careful approach, regardless of its scope or complexity.
Data Discretion
We handle personal records and documents with strict discretion. Nothing is shared with third parties, and access is limited to the team members working on your project.
Thorough Verification
Before any archive is handed over, we review all entries for accuracy, completeness, and clear linkage to the correct people or categories.
Regular Reviews
For ongoing clients, we schedule regular sessions to keep records current — particularly after major life events or changes to a household's situation.
Clear Documentation
Every index, inventory, and archive we produce is documented in plain language — accessible to family members without specialist knowledge.
Respectful Process
We understand that working through personal and family materials can be an emotional process. We proceed at a pace that respects both the materials and the people involved.
Cross-Border Awareness
Many of our clients have family members in multiple countries. We are experienced in creating records that are useful across different languages and jurisdictions.
A local service for a longstanding need
Phuket is home to a large and varied community of long-term residents — Thai families with deep local roots, international households that span several countries, and individuals who have made Thailand their permanent home. For all of these households, the question of how to keep records clear and accessible is one that comes up sooner or later.
Trellisvale occupies a specific and practical niche: we are not a law firm, and we are not a digital storage platform. We are a hands-on service that works alongside families to build an organised, well-structured record of what they hold — documents, photographs, heirlooms, correspondence, and anything else that carries meaning.
Our educational workshops give households a foundation for understanding how this kind of organisation generally works. Our linked records and archive services do the work directly, producing something lasting that a family can rely on for years. We are proud to be based in Phuket and to serve the community here with the steady, considered approach that this kind of work deserves.
